Our firm, which was established in Nazareth, Palestine in 1921 by the late Sharif Ali Zu’bi, is a leading Jordanian law firm with a substantial international practice. As a leading law firm in Jordan, we have also naturally been involved in Iraq for many years. In anticipation of client needs and in furtherance of the firm’s long term policy of gradual regional growth, the firm established an Iraqi practice group in 2003. In the wake of the rapid and tumultuous changes that have evinced themselves in Iraq during this period, the group has been able to effectively exploit the firm’s unique contacts, experience and exposure in the Middle East region to effectively counsel and advise foreign clients investing in opportunities across a broad range of economic sectors in Iraq.
